About

Movement has always been my path back to myself—a way to heal, grow, and reconnect with presence. As a mom of two, I’ve come to see how caring for ourselves creates ripples of strength and balance that extend into our families and communities.

I bring over a decade of teaching experience to my work. Since 2011, I’ve been guiding students through yoga and mindful movement practices that support strength, balance, and resilience. My background includes a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification, specialized training in Pre- and Postnatal Yoga, and Mommy & Me Yoga. I’ve also had the privilege of assisting cancer patients, creating supportive practices to bring comfort, mobility, and ease.

Today, my work is rooted in the GYROTONIC® Method—a movement system that expands upon my yoga foundation and deepens the way I help others reconnect with their bodies. GYROTONIC® has given me a language of connection, freedom, and growth, and it’s my joy to share that with others. Each session is an invitation to move with ease, breathe deeply, and rediscover your strength from the inside out.

Spiral Flow Journey was born from this passion—a space dedicated to mindful movement, connection, and the belief that healing begins from within.
